Terms of Use
These terms apply to RFQ, BOM quotes and orders placed through yxsmd-mall.com and related Yingxinyuan sales channels. They are written for buyers, not as a copy of the About page.
When is a quote binding?
Website reference prices are not binding. A quote becomes an offer only when we confirm unit price, quantity, channel note and validity in writing (email / RFQ reply). A purchase order accepted by us forms the order contract.
Can specifications or stock change after RFQ?
Electronic components are subject to allocation and date-code moves. If stock or packaging changes before shipment, we notify you and re-confirm before shipping.
What law / venue applies?
Unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract, commercial dealings are handled under the laws applicable to Yingxinyuan Int'l (Group) Ltd operations in China / Hong Kong as stated on the commercial invoice. Contact sales for contract-specific terms.
How do returns interact with these terms?
Quality claims and returns follow the process on /guide/returns/ and the after-sales window described on About. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
