What does “In Stock” mean on a product page?
Displayed stock indicates available quantity for quick allocation after order confirmation. Final ship date is confirmed when payment/PO terms are cleared.
If stock is zero, how long is lead time?
Lead time depends on manufacturer allocation and channel. Many lines quote in 3–15 business days; shortage/EOL parts may need longer. We state ETA on the RFQ reply, not as a generic promise.
Can you ship partial quantities?
Yes, when it helps keep production running. Partial shipment is offered when remaining balance has a clear ETA.
Do you support scheduled / bonded delivery?
For repeat orders we can discuss scheduled releases. Terms depend on forecast quality and channel agreements.
Which carriers do you use?
Common options include DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT. Carrier choice depends on destination, weight and urgency.
Who pays duties and taxes?
Default quotes are typically EXW/FOB-style unless otherwise agreed. DDP or duty-paid terms can be arranged on request; duties/taxes then follow destination rules.
How are ESD / moisture-sensitive parts packed?
MSL and ESD-sensitive devices ship in appropriate moisture-barrier / ESD packaging when supplied that way from stock. Special packing instructions should be noted on the PO/RFQ.
Can you ship to a freight forwarder?
Yes. Provide forwarder address, contact and any required commercial invoice remarks when placing the order.
