Authenticity & Counterfeit Prevention
Counterfeit risk is a procurement risk. We document source and inspection steps so quality and purchasing teams can audit our process.
Where do your parts come from?
We source from original manufacturers, franchised distributors and verified independent channels. Excess or broker lots are screened harder before release.
What inspection steps do you perform?
Typical flow: supplier verification → incoming inspection → visual/label check → packaging validation → outbound check. High-risk lines may include additional testing by agreement.
Do you provide certificates or photos?
On request we can share packing photos, lot information and quality documents available for that shipment. Ask at RFQ time if CoC or photos are mandatory for your IQC.
What if a part fails authenticity checks after delivery?
Contact us with evidence within the warranty window. Confirmed quality issues outside original specifications are handled under our after-sales policy (see Returns guide).
